First class service. Thank you Aaron, and the team.

I cannot recommend Mitchell and Drapers enough. Mitchell himself is hugely knowledgable of the market both in the immediate area and the wider london market and has provided me with advice on property in several different areas both buying and selling. He is conscientious, meticulous and polite and goes above and beyond - he is an agent who bucks the stereotype! Please don’t hesitate to instruct Mitchell, I certainly will be doing so when I next do a property transaction.

Aaron and team are the best in the business. They have been very helpful and listed the property and got a tenant in fairly quick. Great work from the team.

We couldn't be happier with the service Aaron has provided. He found tenants within just a couple of days, making the whole process quick and stress-free. Aaron consistently goes above and beyond, keeping us informed every step of the way with excellent communication. What really stands out is that his support doesn't end once the paperwork is signed and the tenants have moved in- he continues to be responsive and helpful whenever we need him. It's so refreshing to deal with a letting agent who genuinely cares about both landlords and tenants. We highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and dedicated letting agent. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Mitchell was supportive and helpful in my daughter’s flat purchase. He always worked hard to answer queries that came up in the process and she very much appreciated his benevolent candour and guidance in bringing a rather protracted process to a successful conclusion. Thank you Mitchell!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Mitchell Murphy from Draper London. A potentially long, complex process was made infinitely easier and faster with his help. He was honest, authentic, and his communication was second to none. Honestly, we can’t thank him enough!

C. N.

I had a fantastic experience with Draper London. From the outset, Mitchell was excellent on the sales side, providing invaluable insight into the market and honest, knowledgeable advice that really helped me decide on the best course of action. After deciding to rent my property instead, I was introduced to Aaron, who heads up the lettings team. Aaron was equally impressive. He found two fantastic tenants for my apartment in Marylebone almost immediately and secured the rental price we were hoping for. The whole process was professional, efficient, and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Draper London, and in particular Mitchell and Aaron, to anyone looking to sell or let their property.

A solid 5‑star experience with Craig and Mitchell! I recently instructed Craig to sell a BTL flat in Portobello during what can only be described as a pretty sluggish market. Despite the conditions, they managed to secure a buyer at very close to the asking price, which already speaks volumes about their skill and positioning. But where they truly proved their value was after the offer was accepted. The buyer’s solicitor turned what should have been a straightforward first‑time purchase into a maze of unnecessary red flags and anxiety. Many agents would have stepped back at that point — Craig and Mitchell did the opposite. Mitchell in particular was relentless in the best possible way: following up with both solicitors, cutting through noise, resolving objections, and keeping the deal alive when it could easily have fallen apart. His persistence and clarity were the reason this sale crossed the finish line. What you get with them is the perfect blend: - All the agility, reactivity, and personal attention of a small business - Backed by the experience, professionalism, and market knowledge of a major estate agency Fast, smart, proactive, and genuinely invested in the outcome — exactly what you want when selling a property. I recommend them without hesitation!

Mitchel Murphy has assisted me in buying a flat in Maida Vale, he has been extremely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend him. He has taken the time to show us various properties, always contactable, nothing ever seems to be a hassle. The best agents I have dealt with in London.

Working with Craig completely changed my appreciation of ‘estate agents’. He was insightful, careful, sensitive and knowledgable. Craig took time to understand my requirements in relation to the sale, understanding what type of buyers I would sell to and how I wanted to interact with them, or not. He enabled a perfect sale, carefully negotiating a long probate wait for the buyer and handling all aspects of communications with them. If I had more properties to buy or sell I would not hesitate to work with him again!

Can’t recommend Craig and his team enough, he has helped me so many times - both selling and buying properties. He is such a lovely genuine person, thinks of everything and super supportive - provided superior professional support but also emotional. Thank you Craig for the many years of support. Sheridan

Great job from Craig! We’ve dealt with some frustrating agents, but our experience with Craig was brilliant. He is professional, efficient and proactive, certainly a cut above the rest (!).

J. T.

Unparalleled market knowledge, hugely responsive, ability to deliver and always putting the customer first - Craig is outstanding and would highly recommend.

Smart, sophisticated, strategic, experienced - bringing results. I’ve dealt with various real estate agents, and even though I hadn’t known Craig, I had the experience/intuition to bet on him. He and his team over delivered. I can’t thank him enough and that’s why I am sharing this publicly.

Craig has been so incredibly helpful to us. Buying our house he was FULL STEAM. This was exactly what the situation needed. He was always on. Always pushing every stakeholder to complete their step. This is what secured us our house. He drives for you and it’s rare to see that passion and commitment in this space. He also takes the time outside a sale to give real personal time and advice. He’s a real star. A genuine and straight shooter. I really respect Craig.

A. J.

We’ve worked with many estate agents over the years, and Craig immediately stood apart. As an estate agent he brings speed, clarity and a level of care that’s rare. From the first conversation, you feel he’s committed to getting the right outcome for you. He acted fast, kept us informed and introduced us to his trusted surveyor and solicitor contacts, which pushed the process forward at pace. We exchanged in six working days and secured the house ahead of competing buyers. What has mattered just as much is everything after the purchase. We bought our home three years ago and we’re still in touch. He checks in, offers guidance and stays connected in a way that shows he genuinely cares. The friends we’ve recommended him to have come back with the same experience. If you’re buying or selling, Craig is the person you want on your side. We recommend him without hesitation.

M. G.

Craig Draper is the best estate agent in London in my view - I felt so fortunate to have him as my agent. He is realistic and manages expectations and leaves no stone unturned . He is a pleasure to work with and he responds to phone and text messages promptly. He goes above and beyond, is honest and trustworthy and he becomes your friend.

Craig Draper is simply brilliant, the most professional man in property I’ve ever met

I have been working with Craig Draper for number of years buying properties in North London. During this time he has shown a real understanding and patience with me (I am by far not the easiest customer to deal with, as buying or selling property can be very stressful). He is confident and enthusiastic, has got the best communication skills and is in contact whenever it is required. He is always amazing and goes over and above what normally is expected.

Craig was simply incredible in helping us find our dream house. He was not only professional and hardworking throughout the entire process, but he also went above and beyond when things got tricky and closed the deal for us. We honestly couldn’t recommend him more—he’s been our go-to for any advice since, and he’s just the nicest, most reliable person to work with.

I have known Craig for several years, meeting when he sold a property for me. When looking to move my first call Craig who not only found me my current home but facilitated exchange and completion within 10 days. Highly recommend if you want an experienced professional individual to assist you.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Draper London's market knowledge, depth of experience, and strategic approach always makes a tangible difference in getting a deal over the line quickly and on excellent terms. Communication is timely, clear, and solution‑focused, with proactive updates at every stage. Craig Draper has an unparalleled ability to anticipate issues before they arise and always coordinates all parties with calm efficiency. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are exemplary. If you are looking for an estate agency that truly knows the market, executes flawlessly, and gets deals done then I would highly recommend Draper London.

Craig was a star. He understood what we were looking for and stuck with us during a long protracted search for a needle in a haystack. He found it! A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended

P. T.

Craig helped me sell my flat in St. Johns Wood. He proved himself to be very professional and hard working, and helped with the decision to move from a time waster to a real purchaser who went on to exchange and complete without issue. I am very happy to recommend Craig as a competent agent who is very aware of market conditions and purchaser intent, both of which are vital skills for a successful agent.

We highly recommend Craig! We had a challenging sale, with lots of viewings but only one serious offer—and the buyers’ financing became complicated. Craig was exceptional throughout. He stayed proactive, kept us fully informed, and never gave up, even when the buyers’ original bank dropped them. Craig went above and beyond to help find an alternative finance solution, and thanks to his persistence and professionalism, the sale successfully went through in the end. We are very grateful for his hard work and will definitely use him again in the future!

C. M.

I use Craig because he can identify value and thinks laterally for his clients. He showed us a house in an area we had not contemplated and it proved a great investment and served us very well. Craig is energetic, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with -hence all his repeat clients who rely on him to advise and handle their property affairs.
